Greek Omelette (Recipe)


Ingredients

✅ 2 large eggs

✅ 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

✅ 1 shallot, sliced

✅ ​1 red bell pepper, sliced

✅ ​Handful fresh spinach

✅ ​Salt, pepper
✅  ​2 tablespoons tomato, diced

✅ ​1 tablespoon feta, crumbled

✅ 1 tablespoon milk

✅ 1/4 cup onions, diced



Instructions


1️⃣ ​​​In a mixing bowl, add eggs, seasoning, and milk. Whisk.


2️⃣ ​In a well greased medium skillet over medium heat, pour the egg mixture in the skillet, and swish it around so that a fine layer of egg sticks to the side of the pan.


3️⃣ When omelette is about 70% cooked, add feta, black olives, and green onions on one side only, in a half moon shape. Fold omelette over and continue to cook minute.
