4-6 Bell Peppers destemed and seeds removed
15 oz diced tomatoes
15 oz tomato sauce
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
1-2 T Italian Seasoning
1 T parmesan cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Slice the tops of the bell peppers off and remove the seeds from inside the pepper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked rice, tomato sauce, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, kidney beans, garlic salt, onion powder, and black pepper.
Spoon the mixture into each pepper, filling to the brim. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Top the air fryer stuffed peppers with cheese mixture and cook for another 3 minutes at 360 degrees F
