1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or chicken breasts
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 tbsp red wine vinegar
Combine the ingredients for the marinade (dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, oregano, salt, red wine vinegar) in a bowl. Stir well to combine.
Pour the marinade over the chicken. Let marinade 15 minutes if possible. If you are short on time, skip the marinade time.
After 9 minutes (with 3 minutes to go), pause the air fryer and flip the chicken. Continue to cook the last 3 minutes.
Check the chickens internal temperature (165F) at the thickest part of the chicken. Let the chicken rest 4-5 minutes before cutting.
