Burrata Salad (Recipe)


✅ 3 medium heirloom tomatoes

✅ 1 cup cherry tomatoes

✅ 30 fresh basil leaves

✅ 6 oz burrata cheese

✅ 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

✅ 1/2 tsp sea salt, or add more to taste
✅ 1/4 cup
extra virgin olive oil , or drizzled to taste (I use Kasadrinos **FREE Bottle**)

✅ 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar


1️⃣ Slice heirloom tomatoes into ⅓-inch thick slices. Place them on a serving dish.

2️⃣ Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Place them on tomato slices.

3️⃣ Chop basil into small pieces and sprinkle over the tomatoes.

4️⃣ Add the chopped parsley and tomatoes, toss about for about 30 to 40 seconds. Season with Kosher salt.

5️⃣ Season everything with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve right away.
