Lamb and Spinach with Chermoula (Recipe)
Ingredients
1 pound lamb, cut into bite sized pieces
10 ounces spinach, stems removed
28 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 cup water
1 batch chermoula
1 cup red wine
Instructions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Mix well.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
Enjoy!!!
