Lamb and Spinach with Chermoula (Recipe)


Ingredients

✅ ​1 pound lamb, cut into bite sized pieces

✅ 10 ounces spinach, stems removed

✅ 28 ounce can diced tomatoes

✅ ​​​​​​​​​​1 Tablespoon butter

✅ ​​​​​​​​​​1/2 cup water

✅ 1 batch chermoula
✅ 1 cup red wine

Instructions

1️⃣ Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Mix well.


2️⃣ Cook on high for 6 hours.
