2 cups grilled chicken cooked and diced
1 roma tomato diced
1/2 cucumber diced
1/2 red onion diced
1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette
1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
chopped cilantro for topping
4 whole wheat pitas
Lime Crema
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 lime juice and zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a small bowl, mix together chicken, tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Toss with red wine vinaigrette and set aside
In a separate small bowl, mix together all ingredients for the lime crema.
On each pita, place an equal portion of the chicken mixture, then top with feta cheese, cilantro, and drizzle with crema. Serve
