Spinach Omelette (Recipe)


✅ 5 Eggs

✅ 1 cup Spinach leaves, tightly packed

✅ ¼ cup Green Bell Pepper

✅ 1 tbsp Garlic, minced

✅ 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (I use Kasandrinos)

✅ 1 tsp Pepper Powder
✅ 1 tsp Chili Flakes

✅ Salt, as needed


1️⃣ In a bowl, add the eggs, pepper powder, chili flakes, and salt

2️⃣ Whisk the mixture until the egg turns frothy and keep it aside for later use

3️⃣ In a pan with medium heat, pour extra virgin olive oil and add garlic and saute until it turns aromatic

4️⃣ Now add the bell peppers and saute until it turns soft

5️⃣ Add the chopped spinach leaves and allow them to wilt

6️⃣ Now pour the beaten eggs and slightly mix to even them. Allow the eggs to cook for 2 minutes or until you see slight brown color on its sides

7️⃣ Close the pan with a lid and cook the egg spinach mixture for about 3 minutes in low heat

8️⃣ Now open the lid and the spinach omelet is ready for you to taste and enjoy
